CUTLERY & DISPOSABLE TABLEWARE
Culinary Masters can provide cutlery and disposable plates/cups for a flat fee of $50 per 100 pieces.
Orders above $500 are entitled to complimentary cutlery and disposable tableware upon request.

All prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER DETAILS
All order details, including menu, quantities and any dietary requirements, must be finalised within 3
days of the scheduled delivery day.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Orders below $500 will incur a flat fee of $50 for delivery.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all delivery and contact details provided are correct. Culinary
Masters will endeavour to deliver goods as close to the requested delivery time as possible, taking
into account any traffic conditions.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
All orders require a 40% deposit at the time of booking in order to secure your chosen date and time
unless advised otherwise. All orders must be paid in full prior to the day of delivery. We accept
payment Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or via bank transfer using the account details provided at the
bottom of your invoice.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
1. Orders cancelled within 3 days of the scheduled delivery day will be refunded the deposit
less 20%.
2. Order cancelled within 2 days of the scheduled delivery will forfeit the deposit.
3. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
